Also please check dmesg for any segfaults and avc denials.

We had some troubles with gvfs-fuse-daemon not exiting after logout, but it shouldn't cause failures on second login. I don't see anything like 3576 (fusermount) or 3578 (mount) here, make sure you don't have anything like this in /etc/fstab.
