I was not aware of the status of util-linux-ng in F-11. I'm afraid that it won't be upgraded at all considering that F-11 will be EOLed very soon.

Anyway, I believe that I did my part of job.

Yes, I'm afraid so - in order to fix this issue util-linux-ng should be upgraded in F-12 too.
