Only advantage I see is that it is now managed by dpkg, and if I decide
to remove freeradius, I will also remove these files. This is why I like
the separate openssl-freeradius-module-eap-tls idea. The above was my
solution until a more formal method could be created. I wanted to share
it with others having the same problem. Now I'm leaving the realm of
Debian bug report, and I will stop.
