Hello,

I confirm the bug on my side.

The package libnglib-6.2.1804 should be set as a dependency for freecad deb.

In addition, I had, like mentioned previously, to:
- Add /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/netgen to /etc/ld.so.conf.d/x86_64-linux-gnu.conf
- Run sudo ldconfig
