Comment 2 for bug 1124506

It is mainly used in the Greek numerals (Ι think ... I am not an expert in typography...)

For example:

instead of

http://imagebin.ubuntu-gr.org/1360770992.png

In my thesis I have used U+0027 in its place which is similar (if I remember correct ).
I believe that it could be a permanent solution but am I not an expert in typography ...
