2012-03-30 12:16:52 Mozaic description Description: Ubuntu precise (development branch) Release: 12.04 Libreoffice use linux-libertine in 3.3, 3.4 in 3.5 (see release notes: https://www.libreoffice.org/download/3-3-new-features-and-fixes/, http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleaseNotes/3.5#Writer) for his user of windows, mac os and linux directly in the package (see the direct downlaod page: https://www.libreoffice.org/download/). When you start ubuntu, you can use LibreOffice directly: it's out of the box. But, we could not use linux-libertine font. We need to download the package in software-center. But, a lot of users of Libreoffice (who work on windows or on mac os) don't know that and send you document with Libertine font. It's a bad thing for the interoperability between OS inside LibreOffice. Expected: Linux-libertine must be integrate directly in an Ubuntu ISO, or after the install for the first update, this fonts must be downloaded.
