I see this as well. Sounds like clipping or some really bad sample rate frequency conversion. I also use the preview 64-bit adobe flash, and it doesn't happen for everything (not local mp3 players, for example).

It doesn't seem to happen with most (all?) youtube videos, but happens commonly with other sources. The example given in comment #1 is a good example, and breaks for me too. If I had to guess, I'd think some flash audio is using a different sample rate (or bits per sample), and the conversion is buggered.

F13 worked with the same flash binary.

And yes, I'm using Intel HDA too. Probably not related, though.
