I just encountered this bug while previewing mp3s on the Amazon mp3 download website and was able to workaround by using #38/#55. However, I'd like to note that this is type of bug is is especially frustrating since after reading the comments above it smells too political and idealistic.

Please be reminded that according to the Fedora front page http://fedoraproject.org/en/, it is supposed to be stable and for everyday use. This update clearly broke some of that stability whatever the cause. There are many people (my mom and many co-workers) that would not have any clue as to how to fix this even with the workaround posted here.

I would recommend that a notice be put on the fedora website or help page http://fedoraproject.org/en/get-help that references this bug or provides information as it apparently affects quite a few websites and both google-chrome and firefox.
