Comment 16 for bug 716311

I think I managed to recreate this once, the flash tar wasn't downloaded and so didn't install. Unfortunately I don't think packagekit does output logging by default. killing and running /usr/lib/packagekit/packagekitd (as root) gives output but I haven't been able to recreate it since, the tar has downloaded and installed fine
