It would seem that street view now requires flash 10.

For Hardy, the flash version in the Universe archive is still at 9.x, but you can get flash 10 from the partner archive.

Here are instructions for enabling the partner repository:

Once enabled, you can uninstall the "flashplugin-nonfree" package and install the "adobe-flashplugin" package. That will get you flash 10.
