Re-assigning to flashplugin-nonfree. The full screen performance of this plugin with the NVIDIA binary driver is absolutely hideous, but there's not much anyone can do about that. A quick search on Google will show that you are not alone, and high CPU usage when running with the NVIDIA driver is a well known problem.
