Gary, can you please make sure that's the case when you have tabs with
Flash open? I'm using 3.0.10 on Hardy and still have the problem.
I'm not completely sure that it's Flash-related, but I have a strong
suspicion. It seems like when it happens, if I'm able to close the
tabs that have Flash open, CPU usage goes back to idle.
