Comment 80 for bug 263435

On [Firefox 1.0, Linux, KDE 3.3], the behavior is exactly as described in
comment 78 (as opposed to comment 79)-- moving the cursor anywhere outside the
plugin area re-activates the shortcuts, regardless of mouseclicks. Yes, my kwin
is at the default click-to-focus setting (and not focus-follows-mouse).

Note that on the above setup, if press and hold down Ctrl while the mouse is
over the plugin area, move the mouse elsewhere, and then press "T" and release
both, then the Ctrl-T isn't registered as such. This may give a hint about the
layer in which the bug resides.
