No Sir, apps should behave like the apps they are. When a browser is in use, standard browser keys should always work, regardless of which site I visit. 'dont allow any site to alter the browser's expected behavior - the browser is supposed to behave in a particular way =- regardless of which site is being visited'. That means Ctrl-T always opens new tab, and a site cannot code itself to go fullscreen and capture all those key commands meant to be handled by the browser.
