Please go to mozilla support bz press F1 in firefo. Bugzilla is about discussing possible code changes, not user help. Many other might have this problem and there may be a solution on mozilla help.

P.s, jusy because something works in IE proves very little about the plugin working or not as different systems are required to work with the 2 different browsers.
