Ctrl+D doesnt function. The PDF opens a document propreties window for this
 keypress
Alt+D doesnt go to address bar. But in IE7 and normal Minefield Alt+D goes to address bar.

These keys are standard browser functions and no plugin should interfere with this functionality. Especially the choice of Ctrl+D for adobe PDF to open their document properties is a bad choice on the part of adobe when it comes to usability. if I press windows E then I expect my windows explorer to open up, and websites/plugins should not be able to trap those events. This can be a security issue that I would add to "medium zone" in IE
