Comment 254 for bug 263435

Something I didn't see mentioned, and has been driving me crazy lately, is that plugins are even stealing mouse wheel events. That means if I'm scrolling down a page and the mouse pointer crosses a plugin, I get stuck in a tar pit. I can't scroll with the wheel anymore unless I move the pointer out of the plugin and click.
