If Mozilla Corporation is "selling" a service (e.g., donate to fixing bug 78414) and then failed to perform as promised after collecting money, there would be ample cause for legal recourse. Complaining in Bugzilla would not be necessary since subpoenas cannot be ignored like votes or comments.
