In Firefox 3, clicking a different tab does not unfocus a plugin. While probably a good thing, the presence of this bug means that the following scenario is now possible:

- Open a tab with a plugin, eg YouTube.
- Click a different tab with the mouse.
- Do some work in the different tab.
- Attempt to Ctrl+Tab to another random tab.
- Get stuck on the YouTube tab, because as soon as you're on it the flash player gets focus, and eats up all subsequent Ctrl+Tab's.

This is a worse behaviour than in Firefox 2, because previously bug 78414 only affected you if you were actually using a tab with a plugin, but now it can affect you even if you're using two tabs with no plugins on them at all.
