1) Before, if I opened any Flash videos with Japanese text (such as this one: http://www.ted.com/talks/lang/ja/rives_reinventing_the_encyclopedia_game.html), the text would appear as small boxes with 'x' in them.

2) I'm on Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit, using Flash 11.2.
