Hi,

I wanted to upgrade my sister's computer to 13.10 during the night, and now I am stuck in the same way.

I am definitely not an expert and therefore I need help before rebooting and destroying my sister's computer.

I must say I am super angry that such a bug was never solved and this puts me in a very bad situation.

Please help
