Thank you for using and reporting a bug. As a workaround, you can add the following to /etc/apparmor.d/local/usr.bin.firefox:
  /dev/video0 rw,

Then do:
$ sudo apparmor_parser -r /etc/apparmor.d/usr.bin.firefox
