I can confirm this using a new profile on 3.6.21 on Lucid. It only seems to occur on Google search pages when Instant Search is enabled. I'm not sure if it's specific to Google or if it occurs on other dynamically generated pages, but I haven't seen it happen anywhere else yet.
This does work as expected with 6.0.1 on Natty.
