Here's the thing: the CACert.org root certificate is already included in the ca-certificates package. The Debian project has (at some level) endorsed this root cert.
The question is, while we wait another two and a half years for the Mozilla Foundation, how can we get Firefox on Ubuntu to use the certificates that the user has installed to /usr/share/ca-certificates?
