Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu. You seem to have 3 versions of the Flash plugin installed. Please try removing the following 2 versions:
/usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so
/home/gantry/.mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so
