Mouse wheel zoom is not consistently implemented on the Ubuntu desktop across applications. Ctrl-ScrollwheelUp does this in the following applications:
* Evolution: zoom in
* Firefox: zoom out
* Google maps (without ctrl): zoom in
* Evince: zoom in
* The Gimp (with shift instead of ctrl): zoom in
* Abiword: zoom in
It seems that Firefox is out of line here, maybe it has a reason but I couldn't find it.
