Thanks for the reply.

I have not had any issue logging into any other sites at all.
This includes two other secure banking sites.

I also do not have any issues with login accounts to other services e.g. online email, community and social networking sites.

I would like to assist where I can but am not sure what I can do from here.
Do you have any suggestions?
