No problem.
I was not sure whether I was expected to change the status from "incomplete" when I replied with the data requested or just wait.

Using a different Firefox profile will allow me to login to bankwest which sounds a little like it is firefox related rather than the website. What do you think?

The error console also shows the same message in the Error Console under Mac OSX with Firefox 3.6.2 but I can login successfully.
