Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, there is no way for me to see your computer screen. Below I have included detailed instructions for how you can get the information we need.

1. Ubuntu version
- In the top panel, go to System > About Ubuntu, then report back what version is shown there (should be something like 9.04 or 9.10).

2. Firefox version
- Please go to System > Administration > Synaptic Package Manager
- Search for 'firefox' (you may need to search for 'firefox-3.5' if just 'firefox' doesn't show an installed version)
- Find which version of Firefox is installed (it will have a green box next to it)
- Please report back the full version number, including any extra letters or numbers after the initial version number (such as 3.5.8-nobinonly-*)
- To verify that this is indeed the version you are using, open Firefox, then go to Help > About Firefox
- Check that the version number you found in the Synaptic Package Manager matches the version number listed in About Firefox (at least the first few numbers, such as 3.5.8, or 3.6.2)

3. Start page
- Please start Firefox so that the Start Page is up
- Copy all of the text in the address bar, and paste it into your response

Please let me know if I need to clarify any of my instructions. Once we have this information, we will begin to process this report. Thanks in advance!
