I un-installed Prism from synaptic and Firefox start working normally again...
I always deleted the .mozilla folder at my home to have Firefox working, and now without Prism it works as nothing happened
I have Ubuntu 10.04beta1 amd64
Firefox 3.6+nobinonly-
