I agree with the original report... you might like a hidden pref for this but I
think focusing the new tab should be the default. Ditto for links coming in from
other applications... i.e. if I set "new tab" for either the "from links
targeting _blank" or "from other applications" prefs, then I think the behavior
should be to show the new tab by *default* not load it in the background...

why? because I've had the pref set this way for the past few days and it's
really annoying to click a link in mail or IRC and have it load in the
background only to have to click it to the front.

What does this patch do, exactly? Can it be made to make focus-tab the *default*
behavior?
