I've tried this on two linux machines (one AMD64, one 32-bit, one Ubuntu 9.10, one Xubuntu 9.10), and they both fail to resume playing an OGG file.

Using a WAV file, it works "much better" but I see the failure to resume there as well, just not at a 100% ratio.
