.desktop entry contains invalid utf-8

Bug Description

I recieved this error when updating.. it was during

Setting up desktop-file-utils (0.10-1ubuntu9) ...
Installing new version of config file /etc/gnome/defaults.list ...

The error I received was:

[Invalid UTF-8] Could not parse file '/usr/share/applications/firefox.desktop': desktop entry contain line 'Comment[nb]=Surf p\xe5 nettet' which is not UTF-8

Patch to convert the byte <E5> into the character å (what <E5> represents in ISO-8859-1).
