Bug Description

During the latest upgrade on Dapper, I got this warning:

Setting up desktop-file-utils (0.10-1ubuntu10) ...
[Invalid UTF-8] Could not parse file '/usr/share/applications/firefox.desktop': desktop entry contain line 'Comment[nb]=Surf p\xe5 nettet' which is not UTF-8
