I addressed that vaguely in my Q&A. My idea was that we'd measure bandwidth and
use, say, 75% of it. We'd keep uploading until we'd uploaded, say, 150% of the
file size, then stop. If the browser was closed, obviously we'd stop then too.

We might start uploading again if the browser restarted, the tracker was still
there and the file hadn't moved - but that sounds complex. Let's see how far the
above approach takes us.

Whatever falls out of the design. ;-) In other words, it could do anything.

That is an interesting question. Ideally, of course, this would work too.
