After reading both comments, it seems to me like you're both asking for the same
thing but with different phrasing. Perhaps it is Gerv's use of the word
"internal" that is causing confusion, but my understanding is that he is
suggesting that the current download manager handle torrents, just as you
suggested having a "sidebar" in the referenced paragraph.
