Problem is, .torrent files can often contain a lot of data. Isn't there a length
limit on URIs? Or would it not be a problem because it would only be internal?

Re: right-click, Ian's reasoning seems sound. Right-click should save the
.torrent file (and we should take the association so double-clicking it starts
the download). People are used to dealing with this with .m3u, so I guess they
can cope with it in this case.
