There's a comment in bug 52441 about giving the helper app dialog a "show in
browser" option. I feel that that would be the best thing to do with this as
well. I agree with timeless -- we should decide on a UI for this before
implementing anything.

I may poke around a bit at the back end to see what's feasible (I don't know
whether the external handler service can call back into the browser to display
stuff in the browser window....)
