Why do you need a new protocol handler? If I go to
   http://www.example.org/mydocument.mhtml
...I would want it to display right without changing the URI.

BTW, if you _do_ use your own protocol, then it should be called 'moz-mhtml' o
whatever, so as not to polute the protocol namespace.
