- I do have flash plugin installed, not sure if this is related

- Lately, I have not been seeing this often (I do still regularly get the history-related problems of bug 223476 - e.g. every time I accidentally click the "Go" menu).

- When this problem does occur, it is sudden (not gradual) and does not happen on startup.
