Hello,

I realize it's pretty late now (apologies for that) but do you happen to have the systemd journal logs from the time of this failure? Or reasons as to why pulseaudio didn't seem to be running normally? Or steps for reproducing this issue today with a system with up-to-date packages, including any non-typical system configuration aspects? Otherwise I'm afraid there's not much details to go on by to try and debug this.
