I have had this problem for MANY LTSes but now I am now FINALLY capable to perfectly express so thank you for being part of my experience :)

This was caused because of/immediately after bug #1969815 but I have been having it also somewhat frequently on my Dell XPS13 so this seems to be either FireFox or either Wayland. See attached picture.

After TTY7 session relaunch
