Comment 251 for bug 19250

Dependency on bug 228673 and on bug 322270 deleted. This bug here gave an interim fix which was overcome by the one in 322270.

Discussion here circled for more than 4 years around the MSIE vs. Web standards compatibility. During that time new standards arose which made an agreement not easier.

All remaining issues have been filed to bugzilla.
