Apparently its fixed now, I Googled some and found 2 things to try to get rid of it.
1. Shutdown my system completely and boot fresh in the hope that Ubuntu would clear the file itself... (which it did for me it seems luckily)
or
2. Take my Ubuntu SSD to a Windows PC and delete the file. (Not quite sure how that works unless you use LinuxReader or some other program to see the ext4 filesystem because I'm pretty sure Windows doesn't see it)
