I just upgraded from 18.10 to 19.04, since it looked like a good time given the release cycle, and I have this problem.
How do I "manually installing the Firefox 67 build for Ubuntu 18.04" (as mentioned in the description)? In my case I guess it would be "Firefox 67 build for Ubuntu 18.10".
