I rebooted the dell 755, using same QA-Test Lubuntu 19.04 daily image, adjusted monitor setup to match my setup, then firefox. Here I went wrong as I'd planned to load GHOSTERY before going to utube... but loaded ublock.origin (as I do 66%+ of tests), so removed it & then loaded ghostery.

On utube, tried my ~methodical/habitual window (unmaximized), f11, fullscreen, window (maximized), f11 & fullscreen for each display & no issues at all.

Rebooted, adjusted screens, loaded firefox & carefully loaded GHOSTERY. then utube & not like any mainscreen vids selected one I don't mind musically.. With it playing did the window (unmaximized), f11, fullscreen, window (maximized), f11 & fullscreen for each display & again NO ISSUES AT ALL.

I did note the maximized window on dvi1 wasn't using whole of display (using top 80%), but that isn't this issue...

I WASN'T ABLE TO RE-CREATE THIS BUG's ISSUE though !
