Download Ubuntu 19.04 daily. Running QA-Test on same box currently.

To run the utube vids as I usually do (for xubuntu, lubuntu qa-tests) I needed to install package `ubuntu-restricted-extras`. This was done to enable streaming, then tested on both screens with normal window, maximized window, both with f11 & fullscreen for both displays. I could NOT replicate the window-move that occurred in Lubuntu 19.04 daily (like I couldn't with feb-14 xubuntu daily iso)
