I was in Chatzilla, and an alert dialog box came up in mozilla. The message
screen in chatzilla does not update until I press okay on the dialog in the www
browser.

At the same time, the irc client timed out (The server didn't get a ping from
the client because it was waiting for the dialog box) and disconnected me from
the server.
