I keep telling my family in the cuisine you can distinguish bad management because two things:

1. Lots of unfinished work in sight.
2. Lots of speaking being exchanged.

The reason is always the same: there isn't really anybody taking care of the process, but just some people blindly working in smoke.

So stop working and start solving. Perhaps it will take you moths, but not years.
