to this bug regarding a problem with text scrolling on a page with fixed background, where part of the text on the right side is aligned incorrectly in the vertical direction while scrolling and after stopping the scrolling, it gets back to the correct position as seen on the screenshot:

this can be observed in both Firefox 2.0.4 and in the latest trunk build
